Order - An order is only accepted after a deposit of a minimum of 25% has been paid by the customer. By placing an order with KDRSOFT Technologies you are confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Definitions - "Customer" or "You”: The person, individual, company, organization or their employees who have requested the services of KDRSOFT Technologies. "KDRSOFT Technologies" or "We" :KDRSOFT Technologies and its employees.

Hosting - We highly recommend that your website is hosted with KDRSOFT Technologies, however KDRSOFT Technologies cannot guarantee continued availability of the service and cannot be held responsible for any customer losses, either direct or consequential, as a result of any interruption of services. If you choose to host elsewhere we cannot in any way be held responsible for, or guarantee your email boxes, the performance of your website or that of your hosting company's server will be able to facilitate all your website requirements. In this case it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all functions work and provide a suitable testing environment for the development of the customer's website. Any additional work KDRSOFT Technologies incurs as a result of hosting elsewhere will be chargeable. Hosting fees (paid or due) is not refundable under any circumstances.

Quotations - KDRSOFT Technologies quotations are given in good faith and are based on the interpretation of the customer's written or oral website requirements. KDRSOFT Technologies cannot be held responsible for work not carried out as a result of any miss-interpretation of your requirements or of any subsequent work carried out and charged for, as a result of any misunderstanding by the customer. Any extra work carried out over and above the original quotation will be charged for. Quote specifications and prices, written or otherwise are given in good faith, but we reserve the right to charge for any additional work or re-quote for any job if an inaccurate specification or an error in pricing has been made. Errors & Omissions excepted.

Prices- are subject to change without notice.

Website Design - Whilst KDRSOFT Technologies endeavors to interpret the customers design requirements to their best and professional ability, design is subject to any one's individual interpretation. KDRSOFT Technologies cannot be held responsible for changes to design after the initial design, style and framework has been agreed. Any costs incurred as a result of these changes will be charged.

Website Construction - Whilst KDRSOFT Technologies endeavours to make sure all scripts and programmes are free from error, KDRSOFT Technologies cannot be held responsible for any customer losses, either direct or consequential, due to any malfunction. KDRSOFT Technologies will test the customer’s website on different browsers, it however cannot guarantee compatibility or correct functioning with all browser software.

Ownership & Copyright - KDRSOFT Technologies cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements caused by text, photographs or any graphic images submitted by the customer and used for the customer's website. All material supplied by the customer to KDRSOFT Technologies will be deemed by KDRSOFT Technologies to be copyright free or permission gained to use such material. KDRSOFT Technologies also reserve the right to refuse any material KDRSOFT Technologies deem to be offensive, controversial or illegal. All CGI applications, dynamic programming codes, APS, scripts including PHP, Javascript and any software written by KDRSOFT Technologies remain the copyright of KDRSOFT Technologies and is supplied for use of the coding function only, unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing.

Schedules - The customer agrees to make available all material required for the website production as soon as is reasonably possible and in any case in time to meet production deadlines. KDRSOFT Technologies reserve the right to move on to other work if these delays affect production and cannot be held responsible for any customer losses as a result of subsequent delays in the production. KDRSOFT Technologies shall endeavour to keep to agreed schedules but SUOMI cannot be held responsible in any way for customer's loss of sales or other losses, consequential or direct as a result of any delay in the website production.

Payment - Once a deposit has been paid and work has been commenced the customer is obliged to complete the payment in full regardless as to whether they still want the website or not. Once the customer's website has been produced and is 'live' on line, a final invoice will be supplied and the full balance is due for payment immediately. If the payment is not received in accordance with our payment terms then KDRSOFT Technologies reserve the right to withdraw the website from the internet. All invoices are submitted by email except where required otherwise by regulations or agreed at KDRSOFT Technologies discretion.

Cancellations - Should the customer cancel the order at any time you will remain liable for all work carried out. Deposits, domain name registration fees and hosting fees are not refundable. If the work carried out is greater than the deposit paid then the balance will be invoiced and will become due immediately.

Alternative Service Provider - Should, at any time, the customer choose to change to another hosting company no hosting fees will be refunded by KDRSOFT Technologies and any hosting fees that are unpaid must be paid in full. KDRSOFT Technologies cannot be held responsible for the function of the website under these circumstances. If the customer chooses to use the services of another website designer, the KDRSOFT Technologies hyper-link to KDRSOFT Technologies Website must be left intact and 'as is' unless a totally new design using different code is implemented.

Search Engines - After submission to search engines indexing can take up to 3 months. KDRSOFT Technologies cannot guarantee any website promotion activity or website search engine positions as this is subject solely to the search engine algorithms which can change frequently.

Liability - KDRSOFT Technologies shall not be liable for any loss of any kind, consequential or otherwise, arising from inaccuracy, omissions or errors in carrying out the work, or by delay in completion.

Illegal Matters - Should any material included on the customer's website by KDRSOFT Technologies Print & Design on behalf of the customer, contain libelous matter or contain an infringement of copyright, patent, or any other proprietary rights, the customer shall reimburse KDRSOFT Technologies Print & Design in respect of all claims, expenses, and costs arising thereby. The indemnity shall extend to any amounts paid on a solicitor's advice in settlement of any claim.

Tax - We reserve the right to charge the amount of any Value Added Tax payable, whether or not included in the estimate, quotation or the invoice.17. Law - These conditions and all others express terms of the contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and are without prejudice to any other rights or remedies.
